Gamma Tau: Campus Involvement
Campus Involvement

The brothers of the Gamma Tau chapter of Phi Gamma Delta are known around campus not only for their athletics and academics, but also for their presence in multiple groups on campus. Gamma Tau provides both members and executive leaders for many organizations. Currently, Gamma Tau is home for the executive leaders of the Interfraternity Council, the Student Government Association, and the Georgia Tech Student Foundation, just to name a few. We also are home to numerous Presidential Scholars as well as the Greek Man of the Year. We also have brothers that actively execute campus philanthropic events, such as Dance Marathon and the campus Blood Drive, and brothers who participate in programs such as FASET, Connect with Tech, the GT1000 Team Leader program, and other orientation programs.

Gamma Tau is also home to Campus Recreation referees and many intramural participants. And finally, to thank the faculty and staff who make all of this possible, we hold a Professor Lunch at our house each semester where each brother invites a professor of their choice. Simply said, if it is available at Georgia Tech, there is very high chance that a Gamma Tau brother is quite heavily involved in the mix.

Being actively involved on Tech's campus allows us to give back to the Georgia Tech community that we love, making for a better campus. It also allows us to make social connections to other groups and people outside of the fraternity, which makes for a better college career.

Sincerely,
Luke Fort
Campus Involvement Chair
